The firm will work alongside CAA ICON to oversee planning, design, and construction, with the facility expected to open in 2031. The project is part of a broader $4.5 billion capital investment that also includes a $3 billion stadium in Wyandotte County, Kansas, and two real estate development areas, as the franchise prepares to leave Arrowhead Stadium.
