Mi4's RigReports Brings Drilling, Completions and Workover Data onto One Platform

According to Drilling Contractor, Mi4 has developed RigReports, a cloud-based SaaS application that consolidates daily drilling reports (including the IADC DDR), completions, workover and facility job data into a single platform. Talal Nehme, President and CEO of Mi4, told Drilling Contractor at the 2026 IADC/SPE International Drilling Conference in Galveston, Texas, that the tool is designed to reduce administrative burdens and improve performance efficiencies for operators.

What It Means for Subcontractors

  • Operators adopting unified reporting platforms tend to tighten documentation requirements across their supply chain, meaning subs should expect more structured daily reporting demands from clients.
  • Faster, centralized data visibility gives operators a clearer picture of well performance and costs, which can accelerate decision-making on workover and completions scopes, potentially shortening lead times for subcontractor mobilization.
  • Tools like RigReports signal broader operator investment in digital field operations, a trend that rewards subs who can deliver data in compatible formats and meet tighter reporting standards.
