Lineup Resources Seeks Buyer for Saskatchewan Mannville Oil Properties

According to BOE Report, Lineup Resources Corp. has hired Sayer Energy Advisors to market its oil interests in the Delmas and Unity areas of Saskatchewan for farmout or sale. The assets include roughly 35 sections of land at Delmas with 270 identified potential drill locations across the Rex, Sparky, and Lloydminster zones of the Mannville Group. Proposals are due by May 7, 2026.

What It Means for Subcontractors

  • A new operator acquiring these assets often brings fresh capital and a development program, which can mean drilling and completions work in the Delmas and Unity areas for field service companies already active in west-central Saskatchewan.
  • The 270 identified locations suggest a buyer with a growth mandate could ramp up activity quickly, creating demand for wellsite services, trucking, and facilities contractors.
  • Current production is low at around 15 bbl/d, so incoming operators will likely prioritize development drilling over maintenance, favoring contractors positioned to support horizontal drilling campaigns.
