Carollo Engineers landed a $210 million California water contract in June to address summer peak-demand constraints for the Placer County Water Agency, while a Jacobs-McCarthy joint venture started work on a $185 million groundwater desalter expansion in Torrance, California, with substantial completion expected in October 2028.
